Who we are
Bolton Rugby Business Club ('BRBC', 'we', 'us') is a private members club operated as a partnership between Bolton Rugby Union Football Club, Salesgeek, and Morning Rain Creative. The website at brbc.lhuk.ltd is run by us.
Membership
Membership is currently by invitation. We may refuse or revoke membership at our discretion, including for behaviour that conflicts with the spirit of the club. Membership is non-transferable.
Use of the platform
You agree not to misuse the platform: no spam, no scraping, no harassment of other members, no posting content you don't have the right to share. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach this.
Member content
You retain ownership of content you post (profile information, asks/offers, replies, referrals). By posting, you grant us a licence to display it within the platform to other members and (where you've published your profile) to the public.
Liability
Referrals and introductions made through the platform are made between members directly. BRBC isn't a party to any business that results, and isn't responsible for the outcome of introductions. Use your own judgement.
Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be flagged to members via email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
